When sending an email to Support@Zaap.ai, please ensure to provide detailed information about your account and the encountered issue. This will facilitate a quicker resolution by the support team.

For instance, when requesting support for a subscription-related matter, you can use the following template:

Hey Zaap Team, hope you're all doing well! 😊

I recently upgraded from the free plan to the Ultra plan for my project ( zaap.bio/zaap ). However, when I checked back, it still shows up as on the Free plan, and I'm getting an error when trying to upgrade again.

I've attached screenshots of the error message and the receipt I got after upgrading. Just to let you know, I was using Chrome on macOS Sonoma.

Could you lend a hand in getting this sorted out? Your help would be awesome!
