How to connect Mailchimp to Zaap

Mailchimp integration

Mailchimp integration allows you send new emails subscribers to your Mailchimp list from Zaap.

⚠️ Integrations are only available for Zaap PRO & Ultra users.

To connect your Mailchimp to Zaap, you will need 3 pieces of information from your Mailchimp dashboard

• API Key
• Server Prefix
• List ID

Get Required Informations

Step 1: Create a new API Key

Step 2: Find your server prefix

To find your Mailchimp server prefix, log into your Mailchimp account and look at the URL in your browser.

You'll see something like https://us29.admin.mailchimp.com/, the 'us29' part is the server prefix.

Step 3: Find your audience list ID

To find your Mailchimp audience list ID, go to the settings page on the audience dashboard and at the bottom of the settings page you can the audience list ID

On the next section you will learn how you can add these informations to Zaap.

Connect Mailchimp to Zaap

Step 1: Click on 'Gear' icon from the dashboard to access the project settings

Step 2: Go to 'Integrations' from the project settings

Step 3: Click 'Connect' button on the Mailchimp Integration

‍

Step 4: Enter details and click 'Save Changes'

From now on whenever someone enters their email address on the newsletter signup form on your Zaap page, the email address will be added to your Mailchimp Audience List.
